Activia is a yogurt, which is specially formulated to "regulate your digestive system by helping reduce long intestinal transit time." Their words, not mine. According to Dannon, "Activia with Bifidus Regularis is scientifically proven to help with slow intestinal transit when eaten daily for two weeks, as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle." This is all fine and good. If you need to speed things up a little, a couple of weeks of Activia may help do the trick.

Possibly not everyone reads labels the way you do. Possibly this person thinks he/she is simpy having a cup of yogurt not a laxative/stool softener/enema.
I know another person who sees cookies and bread and thinks "weevil"!
